Status update 29.1.2024: Is it needed? Has the Vanilla version this feature?

Excel Notes: _Browse/All_ of the repository menu option will be added. This menu option could be seen by the user, actually the user cannot see the menu options.
TODO:

  1. Add a new menu option Browse for the all users (for anonymous too). There will be rolled down the all options for bbrowsing by the metadata
