Admin UI/ fix Edit User page differencies

Excel Notes: To the edit user page will be added a new functionalities: new input fields, operation - reset netID, signed license table
TODO:

1. Add missing input fields: Organization (UserRegistration), Welcome message (Add a new column into Eperson table 'welcome_info'), Contact telephone (in the metadata of the EPerson), Can edit own item metadata
2. Reset netID: update e-person table with null value in the netid column
3. Login as E-Person - it is supported, changed the configuration property: webui.user.assumelogin
4. Show table: Licenses this E-Person Signed; Just create a table and show data from the BE response
