string dspace-7_x can be found in Dockerfiles, docker composes, readmes, tests etc.
It is not supposed to be anywhere.

This is not a high priority and could potentially break something expensive to fix, postponing

in FE, this is only in readme, unused start.bat script and in .default env file.
in BE, it is in readme, in unused docker compose files and as a comment in Dockerfiles.

I don't think it is necessary to change that.
