Some cfg properties are in the both dspace.cfg and clarin-dspace.cfg, remove this duplicities when that properties are not customized in the CLARIN-DSpace

We need to be careful during upgrading to a new version. Check if some of clarin-dspace.cfg properties are not changed in a new version.
