v5 Command: dsRun <CLASS_NAME>
https://github.com/ufal/clarin-dspace/tree/clarin/dspace-api/src/main/java/cz/cuni/mff/ufal/dspace/runnable especially:
- copy ms size
* convert metashare.size to local.size - it should not be needed in the new v7 version
- CheckLicenses (see ufal#1062 for how It's run and other details)
* Check if the if the license metadata in the Item are the same than in the DB
