Currently, with record displays that are filtered (such as maine.find.coop), someone submitting a new listing (i.e., "Add Organization") has no way of knowing what happened to their new listing after they've entered it. It doesn't automatically appear, since an editor must approve it, but the adder has no way of knowing this. We need some kind of text that says, upon submitting a new listing, "Your new listing must be approved by a moderator before it will appear in the public directory. A moderator has been alerted, and will contact you if there are any questions."
