[Enhancement] ECS task for syncing and updating status for S3 bucket items

Is your idea related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, table syncer ECS task runs and updates status for glue tables associated with a dataset, but there is no ECS task for updating / syncing status of S3 bucket item ( DatasetBucket ) in data.all.

Describe the solution you'd like
Create another ECS task / modify the existing ECS task to update the status of S3 bucket item
