Expose Feed to non-admin users with access to the data asset

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a result of #1722 only the resource owners team of the following list of items can see the Feed of the resource in the FE. However when a share is processed, for some of these items they obtain GET_X permissions to the resource. But the requesters cannot see the Feed in the FE.

• Tables - Shares grant GET_TABLE

When GET_X permissions are granted the FE should also allow read permissions.
