  1. 对p2p连接的addressbook添加一个proxy属性，适应实际的联盟链应用场景： 

    公司内网挂n个节点，但是许多时候都有唯一的出口（比如SLB)。
其它节点要访问该公司节点，只能通过SLB；公司内部节点，互相访问，可以直接访问.
