"Hidden" mode

Hi - we tried this and it's great. One possible tweak: could there be a mode in which all the letters are hidden (i.e. just blank squares), until we click to reveal the letters? This is so that we could all share the URL, all get ready, then when we say "go!" we each reveal the letters with no delay.

e.g. it might function by appending "?hide=true" to the URL. This mode should collapse the valid-words list by default, too.
