  1. Transparency option is important for most users who don't want the clock to be large but not be that obvious.
    For example, in this screen shot, the upper clock is from BWidgets with transparency, but I am forced to ditch it due to high CPU utilization.
    The one below it is DesktopClock, only thing it is missing is Font Transparency. Rest is flawless. :)

  1. One other important feature is having a setting to make the clock "Unclickable" and instead have the settings in the system tray. (In fact, a clock widget should always be in the tray and not in the taskbar, I know there is an option to switch this but this setting by default should be reverse)
