Explore view seems stuck #1

The very top of my explore view has been stuck with this comment/reply by Dylan and Sierra-375. It will not go away. Refresh and fully logging out and back in again using alby to handle the keys does not get rid of it. I even killed the browser tab before getting back in. Nothing seems to work.

New comments/replies etc. come in just fine but underneath the dylan/Sierra exchange (see screenshot)

OS: Windows 7 on a PC workstation (which may be a big part of the issue)
