• Move enostr to nostrdb-net notedeck#586

It would be nice if we had a cross-platform networking component to nostrdb. Our rust crate is a good place for this. It could be a companion crate to nostrdb-rs

It would also allow us to implement negentropy:

• Negentropy sync nostrdb#3
