I simply use this method to fix this issue:

[Unit]
Description=Reloading intel sound module after suspend
After=suspend.target

[Service]
Type=oneshot
ExecStart=/bin/bash -c 'rmmod -f snd_hda_intel; modprobe snd_hda_intel ALC668'

[Install]
WantedBy=suspend.target

it's still working after these years.
