On some VPNs and networks, it seems like DNS lookup for .xyz domains fails, making api.daimo.xyz requests fail, and showing permanent offline bar. Reported on expressvpn by Petra.

Solution: we could just move to api.daimo.com instead — confirmed that daimo.com was still working in above situation.
