Pre-effect 훅의 동작은 플러그인의 순서에 따라 영향을 받을 수 있습니다.
올바른 동작을 위해서 플러그인 간의 동작 순서에 대한 의존 관계를 표현할 수 있는 인터페이스와 구현이 필요합니다.
