Add option to show comments section (and prompt to add a comment) even if no comments are present

I anticipate that when I use this script, most of my post comments will be through my blog post, so it doesn't really make any sense to consider a post with no replies an "error state" and hide the button to reply. Could you add/would you accept a PR for a feature to treat a post with no comments normally, and allow people to comment through a link as normal?

The latest version of the library shows this if it finds a post but no replies to the post. Is that the feature you're talking about or are you imagining something different? You can see an example here
