I get this for everything I've tried as well. A little more debug output to help understand the issue would be helpful.

With --raw you also get an empty graph?

I'll try to potentially add more logs of what's actually happening when merging nodes, but potentially if you could do the same as #103 (comment) and paste here the TFState that the inframap prune outputs I would be able to reproduce it and potentially solve it.

I'm having the same issue. With --raw I do get the whole graph. With --clean=false I get 3 resources .. and their images don't display.

The images only display if we have them assigned to the resources, most likely the resources are not managed yet.
