Update the home page design

Describe the problem you are experiencing
Currently, the home page of cyb.no is quite boring. It's functional, but it's not inviting for new members who want to know more about CYB.

Describe the solution you'd like
A new layout needs to be made for the pags, structuring the content in a more appealing manner. Members of CYB have suggested bring back the Escape SVG as the main element for the home page. (ref: the white svg visible from the login page). I think a full size image could be nice, and perhaps removing the sidebars for the home page.

Additional context
It's better than the old page, but there's room for improvement.

PR-group has created a new design for the home page. Awaiting implementation of new CMS.
