Problem with multiple images

Hello
First of all thanks for documenting so good this library!
The problem is that I have been trying to set an ODT based on a template with different tags inside a segment for replacement and an image default placed on the template inside the segment but there seems to be a problem when i want to do more than one replacement(for one replacement works perfectly) concerning the image part because when i remove the image it shows all the segments well replaced as i wanted but when i try to include the image when i try to open the ODT it says "READ-ERROR error reading file"

Im not sure if it have to do with the xml parsing taking on count that im trying not to replace the image but to reproduce the same inside the segment that comes from the template
