Programmatically link "next recommended book" to random available Tinkr Book in "the end" page

User Story
As a developer,
I want to be able to programmatically create a "The End" page for each Tinkr Book that includes the ability to re-read the current book, go the Shelf, and choose a book at random from all available Tinkr Books for the "next recommended book",
So that I can start setup the pipeline for experimentation of what books to recommend next.
