Provide view for other times at risk

The data is there, but UI doesn't provide a view. We could for example:

1. allow the end-user to switch between a single time-at-risk value or
2. allow the end-user to select multiple time-at-risk values and show all of them together.

As discussed with @juh7007 @hripcsa @cukarthik @rchen-cumc, we may wish to toggle (e.g. via checkboxes) which time-at-risk values to display on the second page. One possible easier way to implement this might be to pull all the data for the selected pair and apply all filters on the client side. We would set the default to 1 year (which we are currently filtering on the server side). I will assess the difficulty of implementing this.
