For example if you add a javascript snippet that happens to use a square bracket the snippet code blows up
I tried to fix my local version by changing references to single brackets to double brackets, but this didn't seem to fix it.
Any ideas on changing [shortcodes] to [[shortcodes]]

I've encountered this bug as well, for me when using <script></script> on a page the rest of the page gets eaten up.
