It would be useful if features could describe instances or other features. For example if an aspect could wrap a type instance, or a feature instance. Or a provider could describe a typeId or a featureId. This would be a powerful meta programming feature.

We would have to add initializers to features (so they could describe the features they support).
We would have to cleanup instances to allow better navigation.
