Unfortunately there was a problem with a link in the Readme.md.
This caused the linked issue #1 url to point to your local repository, rather than the course repo.

I updated the file. However, please verify that your name and details are available in the issue in THIS repository.
If you cannot see your name in there, please make sure to add it.
