duplicated ingestion in Sentinel

Firstly, thank you all for making possible this integration; great job!

I already configure this MISP integration via Upload Indicators API using Azure Function. It's working fine, but i have an issue with the ingestion in Sentinel; the function appears ingesting 2 times the same IOCs (as you see in above screenshot), it connects to the Sentinel API twice to send the data collected from MISP.
I have reviewed the Python codes and cannot find a possible cause of the problem I am experiencing.
