This moves the contents of the current selection by the specified amount of blocks in a specified (or implied) direction: http://wiki.sk89q.com/wiki/WorldEdit/Region_operations#Moving

So basicly what the DiamondMover plugin does?

Yes, although not on-click, but rather on-command.
