Completion of error handling

Would you like to add more error handling for return values from functions like the following?

• malloc ⇒ gdi_init
• pthread_create ⇒ main

I have added error handling in main. All code in libfree_rdp is the original library, and as such has not really been changed (with the exception of gleeda fixing some ffmpeg compatibility issues).
