Policy 中 Static 命名较长且包含空格时会导致错误

开始发现在 Policy 下面创建了一个 Static 名为 "Apple Services"会导致所有 static 和 url-latency-benchmark 消失，并且无法正常启动VPN，提示 Unknown Server or Policy，创建同名url-latency-benchmark则不会有影响，以下是添加的配置（假设要添加名为 ”Apple Services“ 的 Static）：
static=Apple Services, proxy, direct, Auto Select, Japan, Singapore, United States, img-url=https://example.com/
(已经在下方的 url-latency-benchmark 添加 “Auto Select, Japan, Singapore, United States” 等项目)
经过测试，命名 "AppleServices" 或者 "A S" 都不会触发此问题， 现有的解决方案是（假设要添加名为 ”Apple Services“ 的 Static）:

1. 先添加一个 Remote Filter， force-policy=Apple Services
2. 手动将 Static 改名为 “AS”（只要不会触发这个问题的任意字符都行），保存
3. 这时候主界面应该会多一个 “Apple Services”， 配置编辑界面会同时存在 static=AS, proxy, direct, Auto Select, Japan, Singapore, United States, img-url=https://example.com/ 和 static=Apple Services, proxy, direct
4. 把前者中的“, Auto Select, Japan, Singapore, United States, img-url=https://example.com/ “剪贴到后者形成 static=Apple Services, proxy, direct, Auto Select, Japan, Singapore, United States, img-url=https://example.com/ 并保存
5. 大功告成
