Premium features broken?

I ended up going back to the 10.68.1-release.0 apk. Since anything past it, including the latest patch that was released earlier today. Seems to not be working properly, unless it's just me. When trying to go to the app icon setting or even custom navigation. They just open my browser and go to the X settings page.

Not sure if anyone has been made aware of this. I notice it's mostly with any versions after 10.68.1-release.0. Made this account to write this, so if I need to provide anything specific let me know & I will do my best to do so. If this was already made aware, then feel free to delete this if needed.
