How to extend the list app users?

Hi there,

I would like to ask about the two possibilities if any of them is feasible...

First option - why the app is not published officially on app store? Can that be somehow achieved? The developers of Xdrip4iOS claim there could be an issue if they publish the app officially and somebody did that instead of them and it is still available (as SHUGGAH app) - maybe the same could happen with GlucoseDirect, the not possible step could be possible :)

The second option - would it be possible to share the app within my private apple dev account with 100 testers on test flight? Officially this is how the xdrip4iOS is shared. I'm one of the developers that provide 100 places for diabetics.
