Uploading new FMI is not properly instantiated

Uploading new FMI is not properly instantiated. When clicking upload, the FMI is added to project, however, MD file using that fmi cannot init it. window[that.fminame] is undefined

Current workaround: use refresh button in browser - this will reload the editor and project from localstorage and fmi is instantiated properly as expected and MD file using it starts to work.
