vsforce.options.pushOnSave - Does not work

Expected behavior

If vsforce.options.pushOnSave is set to true in either/both user and workspace settings and a file is changed, saving the change will push the change to the authenticated Salesforce Org.

Actual behavior

Nothing happens. Changes are not pushed to the org.
