Entries are sometimes randomly overridden

If adding multiple websites in a row, eventually by the 3rd or 5th website, new entries will begin modifying an already-existing item.

It may be related to edit_mode. I'm operating on variable for editing existing apps. I forgot to reset it in some cases. Made a quick fix for it, but gonna check what happening exactly. I tried many times adding multiple apps in a row, and it worked. My guess is edit_mode. But will investigate this. Thank you!
