Color scheme not applied to theme in Cosmic DE - Pop_OS! 24.04 - Alpha 3

Hi, recently downloaded this app from the flatpak hub, however applying downloaded styles from inside the app via the Find color schemes button does not apply those colours to my Cosmic DE theme.

Running from a terminal the only output given is:

INFO cosmic_ext_tweaks::pages::color_schemes > Color scheme has a theme, setting the theme...

From the attached image below the colour scheme Kanagawa is clearly applied, however the default colour scheme is the actual colour scheme.
