I was trying to run pipelineScript on a dataset in which the only experiment number was 10, and it ended up looking in file directories .../1 and .../0, rather than .../10 and therefore didn't find anything.

hmm. I can't see why this would happen - could you email me the ops variable you used that gave you this problem?
