Statistics->Global activity excluding 'TimeBank' account transactions #701

In MidCanterbury TimeBank (https://www.timeoverflow.org/organizations/396), when they look at Statistics->Global activity and check the statistics for May 2023, they see 7 exchanges and 20 hours exchanged.
But when they sum up the number and hours/minutes of the transactions from the transactions report, it adds up to 13 exchanges and 48 hours for May 2023.
I noticed that if you exclude all of the transactions from the 'MidCanterbury TimeBank' account, then it is 7 exchanges and 20 hours.
Why are those being excluded from the Global activity statistics? The New Zealand timebanks want to see all transactions represented there, and I recall that the stats displayed in the Global activity report included transactions from the 'timebank' account since I used those during the data migration to register the time balance transfers from members' Community Weaver 3 balances.
