User attestation of prior business relationship with Covered Business

Should there be another verified "Attestation" type from User that the User has a prior relationship with that specific covered business? In the case of prior email communications with the covered business which reflect a prior business relationship, could we add some method to include reference to email metadata (to/from/subject/date/message ID/etc) or perhaps as part of the additional consumer verification flow, add a way for covered business to access example evidence of prior emails as human-readable exhibits?
