demo a few different ways one can build container images in Concourse:

https://github.com/vito/oci-build-task - maybe just deep-dive into the many config options
Using kaniko in Concourse - example here
Could demo the docker-image resource but we're planning to deprecate that so maybe not..

Other tools that I'm not sure would work well but would cover the case where someone has an app but not Dockerfile to go along with it:
