[package] <tree-sitter>/<0.17.3>: Build bot freeze in state "Pending — This commit is being built"

PR with new lib are blocked with strange behavior.

Build bot was working as expected, but later just freeze in process of building, I've tried to push empty commits to start build again, but there was no result.
Also in same time buttons for re requesting review in top of PR is also stack and don't work.
It looks like this is GitHub bug, but I think that before creating issue to support build we should collected and analyzed bot logs.
It would be great if anyone, who got access, post logs here

Update: 2 days bot was thinking and than - boom, all build are green. All's well that is well in the end.
