Update the NPM version

The public version on npmjs https://www.npmjs.com/package/blockhash is still version 0.2.0, whereas the version in the repo is already 0.3.0

Unfortunately, I no longer have permissions to update the version on npm. @jonasob Do you still have access to commonsmachinery account on npm?

Hmm, I'm not sure. It's not in my password store at least. Any clue what email address was associated with that account?

At the time the version is set to 0.3 this will not pass for node it needs a third level (when i run npm install in says invalid version number and when it is changed to 0.3.0 it works)
