Tooltips - 💯

As the tools and software continue to develop, it feels vital to have tooltips that will provide increased efficiency to users and help them to keep up when they are making workflows.

• A built-in method, this can just be thrown inside of the custom node as a "x or y method/function" which displays the tool description when hovering over a sub-menu item - hover (long hover with a few seconds delay before appearing, that annoys experienced users less, reduced popups)
• It can be utilised in custom nodes.
• A link can also be added which takes the user to the custom nodes repository.
