Make TEAM_PREFIX optional? #8

I can see why having the prefix and suffix options there are beneficial for teams that want to manage this on top of existing things, but I want to lean towards total control and like the idea of not having --auto on all the teams. What are your thoughts on making this configurable? (i'll do the work)

Sounds fine and makes sense to me. As you say, making the prefix and suffix configurable would be the way to go (with an eye to backwards compatibility), and/or adding a config flag that turns prefixing/suffixing off if that might make things clearer than setting say team_prefix to an empty string.

i was about to work on this and then remembered that they recently changed group model in github... does this affect the implementation of owner things?
