Enable bash completion for modman commands

A bash_completion file is included in the repository. Copy it to /etc/bash_completion.d/modman or append it to ~/.bash_completion to enable it.

Special thanks to Franklin Strube, who originally posted a guide to enable bash completion for modman! However, it is recommended to use the version that is now included in the repository.
