how can i create a sigwit address with a passphrase?

BIP38 Key Encryption is included but a hidden feature via the console only.

1. Create a new key pair.
2. Copy the WIF private key.
3. Open browser developer/debug console(ctrl+shift+I)
4. Bip38 encrypt the private key you copied from Step 2 using buidl.bip38Encrypt('L4YourPrivateKey','YourPassphrase')
5. Wait about 10 seconds for bip38 encryption to calculate your encrypted private key, it will be returned in JSON labeled pk.
6. When ready to spend decrypt the key using buidl.bip38Decrypt('6PYourEncryptedPrivKey','YourPassphrase')
7. Wait about 10 seconds for bip38 to decrypt your key, it will be returned in JSON labeled pk.

If someone wants to make a pull request to add bip38 to the UI I'd accept the merge.
