To be able to see in what state the initialization process is

The Cohorte components instanciated in the "...forker" isolate send events consumed by a CCohorteStateProgress component which consume an optional ICohorteStateViewer service.

The ICohorteStateViewer service is provided by a component which used the capabilities of the device (eg. leds, progress bar,...) to show the state of cohorte
