Describe the bug
Currently, the only way to close a slidedown or panel is to click on the trigger element. This is a problematic UX and also causes layering of panels if multiple panels are open at once, causing unnecessary amounts of clicks.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Click on the inbox in codidact.com

Expected behavior
Clicking off of a toggle-able menu should close it

Additional context
Addresses codidact/qpixel#383
