Keep (유지할 항목)

작업 내용을 공유하고 남은 작업과 진행되어야할 작업 도움이 필요한 작업을 바로바로 파악해서 빠르게 처리될 수 있도록 한것

Problem (문제라고 생각하는 항목)

배포를 한번에 하려니까 너무 커져버린 프로젝트 몸집을 컨트롤하기 힘들었다
새로운 기술 스택에 대해서 사용법을 적어도 2명 알아야 할 것 같다, 코드에 대한 책임을 나누기

Try (Action Items)

컨디션 관리 잘하기
불안해 하지 않기, 의심하지 않기 ( We can do it !!! )
배포 전략을 잘 세우기
