What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upload a video in a tweet.
2. Play uploaded video by going to the tweet created in the step 1.
3. Quit play back by pressing done
4. Create a new tweet and chose a video from existing library on the iphone.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

if you want to see the log open the Organizer from XCode and select your device
in the list of devices. Select "Console" sheet and press "Save Log As..."
button.

Was not able to locate the log. The issue is not reproduced on new version of
iPhone OS ( v 4.0 )
