Fast forward during video playback on the iphone has issues

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upload a video via iPhone app
2. View your tweet to see the video 
3. View uploaded video

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

* Once video is buffered playback starts automatically but then stops
* Clicking twice on the fast forward button stops the play back.
* I was not able to forward the video.

This is a standard behavior of standard media player control. I think it is not 
an error. We can write more functionality player in next release cycle.

This issue does not appear to be on iPhone OS4
